One-Handed Weapon Fighting

Hello this post will be all about, as the title said, One-Handed Weapon Fighting.

Single Sword

When using just a single sword/boffer you should try to take almost a fencing stance giving your foe less surface area to hit. While in this stance you have the chance to move quickly while defending yourself and attacking the enemy.

Dual Weapons

While using two weapons it helps to use one of them almost as a shield blocking and moving weapons out of the way while you attack with your other weapon. Video belongs to LuckyFear
